He subsequently received his Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Systems from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden, in 2008. Since 2000, he has been a faculty member in the Department of Electronics at Hakim Sabzevari University, Iran, where he currently holds the position of Associate Professor. His research is focused on the design of low-power analog/RF integrated circuits, ultra-wideband communication, RFID systems, wireless sensing, and the Internet of Things. In addition, he has a keen interest in IT projects, particularly in the realm of software development.
